Opel has been a fantastic real estate agent to work with. During our almost-three-month apartment hunt, she has always been professional and patient, while providing copious advice and guidance. Searching for a condo in downtown Toronto is tough in itself, and with the long checklist of requirements that we had, Opel was always patient and happy to accommodate.
Several times have we contacted Opel last-minute about a showing and she was always able to book them unbelievably quickly; on several occasions, she was able to book a showing on the same day that we contacted her. Opel is extremely efficient, flexible, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares for her clients. She is knowledgeable about all of the buildings we visited, as well as their surrounding areas, having always provided helpful information about nearby amenities, transportation, and resident demographics.
