We first met Opel in 2018 when we were looking to upsize from our condo to a townhouse. Even though she was just starting her real estate career at the time, we quickly learned that it was the right decision to put our trust in her.
Opel was extremely diligent and worked hard to get us top dollar on the sell side and the best bargain on the buy side. She was very efficient with her work and in just 2 short months from start to finish, we managed to close both transactions!
Working with her was stress free and we never felt any pressure to make a decision we weren’t comfortable with. She always had our best interests at heart and is someone who will go to bat for her clients 100% of the time.
Fast forward to three years later and we are thankful for another opportunity to work with Opel. When we told her we were interested in an investment property, it only took 1 day before we were bouncing ideas off each other and making plans to look at properties that fit our budget and investment objectives. Opel has been extremely patient with us throughout this entire journey and we are happy to say that with her help, we are going to be first time landlords!
